Project Description

This project came to us after another frame company unfortunately went into administration, the architects, van Ellen and Sheryn, contact us and asked for our help resurrecting the build for an affordable cost. The house was for the architects themselves and called Hidden House due to the plot being behind a stone wall.

This project lead itself to be one of our bespoke stick builds due to the limited access. The panels were fabricated out of 235mm timber on site, insulation, vapour control layer and a service batten were added once the shell was watertight.

The customers have been extremely happy with the project, asking us to perform more works in the build as it went on, such as installing the Velfac windows, and recommending us to their clients.
